Hello, my name is Rhea Forte, and I bake the ultimate snack cookie. My business is called Grandma Rhea’s Potato Chip Cookies, and God, just happens to be my CEO. This cookie recipe has inspired me ever since My Aunt Marge taught me how to bake them when I was little girl. Since then, it has stayed with me for many years, which has made me very passionate about them; and it is also why I call them “A Cookie From the Heart”.
